November through February 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
March through October 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Grounds close one hour after last admission.
The Zoo is open all year but is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Admission price includes admission to ALL exhibits (including giant pandas).
Military Personnel:

Pets are not allowed inside the Zoo. Please make arrangements to board your animal before visiting.

The Zoo does not allow balloons, glass containers, straws, alcohol, bicycles, rollerblades, skates or the popular roller shoes, Heelys, on its property. Coolers and children's wagons are welcome.
To protect the health and safety of our animals and visitors, the Memphis Zoo is a smoke-free facility.

The Memphis Zoo is closed only 3 days a year: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Please make a note in your holiday plans.
The Zoo also rolls back it's closing time by one hour on November 1. Final entry will be at 4 p.m., with the Zoo closing at 5 p.m. We'll go back to our summer schedule on March 1.

Teton Trek - Friday,
November 6, Teton Trek's Great Lodge is closed to the public for a private event.
On Tuesday, November 10, it will be closed until 3 pm. On both dates, visitors will be able to access the rest of the exhibit by following the trail to the right of the building.

Cat Country - The three Bengal tigers will be on display in the Tiger exhibit Friday through Monday. The Zoo's Amur tiger and Sumatran tiger will be on display in this exhibit Tuesday through Thursday (until further notice).
