Once you sign up online, your membership privileges begin! After you complete your secure, online transaction, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. Please print a copy of this e-mail as your proof of membership until your membership cards arrive via mail
(approximately 2-3 weeks).
Member discounts through our online store are not immediately available to new members. You must use your membership number, which is printed on the back of your cards, for these discounts. If you desire to use this discount immediately, please visit the Zoo in person during operating hours or call (901) 333-6767. However, renewing members may use their discounts immediately following their transaction.
