Problems Viewing Memphiszoo.org Web Cams?

Media Player 11

In order to view our Web cams, you will need the most recent version of Windows Media Player.*

Mac Users |
There is an additional component available for Macs (via Microsoft) that may allow users to play WMVs through Quicktime. Click here to visit the Microsoft website and get the plug-in.

Be sure your system meets the minimum system requirements. (While a dial-up connection is the minimum requirement, a broadband connection is recommended.)
If your system does meet the requirements, and you can't see our Web Cams try these things:
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Restart your machine.
- Try viewing the page in Internet Explorer.
- Internet Explorer: Set your Internet Security Level to Medium or less and add www.memphiszoo.org to your Trusted Sites list.
If you are still having problems, try Microsoft's troubleshooting page.
Sound is not available on any of the Zoo's Web cams.
