Opening Night Festivities, November 20
Join the Zoo
and WMC-TV's Ron Childers for the Tree Lighting Ceremony. The event begins at
5:15 p.m. with a performance by 2008 National High Stepping Champions, the
Whitehaven High School Marching Band. Then, countdown with Ron as we light the
Great Poinsettia Tree at the Zoo's Entrance.

PLUS, the first 250 kids to enter Zoo Lights on November 20 will
receive a plush, holiday bear as a gift from the Zoo. The gates open at 5:30, so
arrive early for the chance to get one of these gifts while supplies last
(plush height approximately 8").
